Why does Faucet Spot pay in Tokens?

We pay with Tokens to keep site running smooth with no conversion issues.
Rewarding in 14 different currencies means you need 14 different wallets,
which makes reaching minimal withdrawal limits harder to acheive.
This way you decide the amount of currency you want to withdraw at any time.

How much is 1 Token worth?

Our Tokens are worth $0.001 USD (1/10 of a cent).

What is the minimum withdrawal?

The minimum Withdrawal is 1000 Tokens for all users and 500 for Verified Users.

The Withdraw button is disabled?

This will happen if you did not meet the Minimum Withdrawal or you did not link your address.
To link your address go to the your Dashboard and click on Link Address, then follow the steps on that page.

How long does it take to process withdrawals?

Withdrawals are instant for verified users, or every Sunday for other users.
Withdrawal cut off is on Friday at midnight (12pm) UTC.

How do I get to be a Verified User?

You will be able to get "Verified" once you are active for 3+ month,
received 1 manual withdrawal and have been manually approved by our team.

We are strict on this process to make real/active users have instant withdrawals while making it harder for bots/fake users to steal from the site.
Users will earn hidden website reputation, this includes detecting bot behaviors vs human behavior and also website engagement. You are not required to be verified to receive payments, however all Verified Users will get instant withdrawals.

Once a Verified User, where will it show?

Login to your account to go your Dashboard (User -> Dashboard).
When you go to your Dashboard you will see two Verified logos, if you do see them you are a Verified User.

Can I create multiple accounts?

No, we do not allow any users to have multiple accounts.
While this might not seem fair we allow 1 account per IP (household / internet).
This means any familly/friends using same internet (IP) will not be able to create an account.

I created an account, but cannot login?

Contact support and give them as much information as possible.
Make sure you have confirmed your account with our confirmation link in your email (inbox/spam). Do not create another account as this will lead to account ban.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

At the login page we have a reset password button that will redirect you go our Password Recovery Form.

We do not allow VPN, this applies to ALL users!

All IP Changing/Tampering softwares are not accepted while on this website, or you will get suspended for 24 hours.

What happens if I am caught cheating?

We will ban your account with no warning and we will not reopen your account unless it is a proven mistake.

I did not get rewarded for my offer on a Offerwall, I want to get paid!

Offerwalls are 3rd Party services, if you do not get rewarded it is because they did not want to reward you.
They have many filters and regulations from their advertisers and if your offer (or survey)
did not meet their regulations or needs, they will simply not reward you.
We cannot reward you or ask them to reward you, if you have any questions you need to email them,
or if you did complete an offer and you are sure you should get credited, send proof to their support and they should be able to help you.
Again, we cannot reward you for any lost you may get from offerwalls or any reward that was not paid, do not contact us regarding this matter!
